Return Policy

Unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 1 week of purchase, with the exception of seasonal items.

No returns will be accepted for opened items, except on a case by case basis at the discretion of the company. 

Seasonal items are not returnable. Special exceptions may be made for certain situations at the discretion of the company. 

Items lost or damaged during shipping are eligible for return or exchange. Your items are handcrafted with love and expert craftsmanship, and we take great care in packaging them for shipment to ensure they arrive looking just as good as when they went in the box. 

Items will be made to look as close to the listing image as possible. Occasionally we may need to substitute items of equal or greater value depending on availability. Individual item packaging may also vary depending on availability. 

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping is USPS ground or UPS ground. Shipping upgrades are available. Delivery dates are estimates and are the responsibility of the third party shipping company. Any shipping guarantees or disputes must be handled with the shipping service directly. Bespoke Basket Boutique Gifts is not responsible for shipping delays due to third party shipping services as we have no control once it is handed over for shipping.
